How do I get started with the products?
Pour the powder into warm water (35–40°C), shake or stir for 30 seconds, let it sit for 30 minutes, then shake again. Hand Wash and Facial Cleanser each use 250 ml of water per sachet, while Body Wash uses 450 ml. After that, they’re ready to use.
How long does the prepared product last once mixed?
Hand Wash and Facial Cleanser last about 2 months, while Body Wash lasts about 3 months. The exact number of uses depends on how much you use each time, but one refill typically covers dozens of washes.
How long should I wait before using after mixing?
After 30 minutes the powder will be dissolved and the product ready to use. For best results, let it sit for 24 hours.
What do the products smell like?
All three are fragrance-free, dermatologically tested, and allergy-certified. You’ll experience only the clean, natural scent of the ingredients.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
We ship from our warehouse in Copenhagen (Denmark). Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days and is carried out by Royal Mail. Shipping costs 4 GBP. For orders over 30 GBP, delivery is free, unless we are running special campaigns.
Do the products remove makeup?
Yes, the Facial Cleanser effectively removes light to moderate makeup. For heavy or waterproof makeup, we recommend using a dedicated makeup remover before cleansing
What ingredients are used?
All products are vegan-friendly and made with 95% natural ingredients. They are free from added fragrances and harsh chemicals. You can find the full ingredient list on our website and product packaging.
What are the bottles made of?
Our bottles are made of PET, one of the most widely recycled plastics in the world. We chose this material because it’s durable, reusable, and accepted by most recycling systems.
Can I use my own bottle instead of yours?
Yes. As long as your bottle holds at least 250 ml (for Hand Wash and Facial Cleanser) or 500 ml (for Body Wash), you can prepare the powders in it. Make sure it’s thoroughly cleaned before use. If using a larger container, stir instead of shaking to avoid excess foam.
What if the powder doesn’t fully dissolve right away?
Don’t worry — just wait a few more minutes and shake again. The powder naturally dissolves with time.
Why are these products more sustainable?
By shipping concentrated powder instead of pre-filled liquids, we save significant amounts of water, reduce plastic waste, and lower CO₂ emissions from transport.
How should I store the sachets before use?
Keep them in a cool, dry place. The powders have a shelf life of up to 36 months from production.
How do I dispose of the sachets?
Our sachets are industrially compostable. If composting isn’t available, they should be disposed of in incineration waste streams.
How do the products ship?
Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Denmark and the United States. We avoid plastic in our shipping process and use FSC-certified cardboard packaging.
This constitute soap powder has checked all the boxes! I’ve tried another brand which didn’t provide a nice lather, but this one does the job and leaves my skin feeling lovely. Very easy to mix waiting the full 24 hours is helpful… I would recommend and I’ll be placing my next order shortly. My hack is using both of the packages at one time in a larger container recycled from a shampoo bottle and it’s working perfectly.

The body wash is great, my skin feels softer after using this product. I added a few drops of essence basil oil to enhance the body wash.
